Buyers can virtually tour homes from the comfort of theirs!  We are using powerful 3D Matterport technology in our listings to allow people to go through and look around homes.  We are also taking videos and getting professional photos to capture images of your property for prospective buyers to tour.  On our website you can search for properties and click "Schedule a Virtual Tour" for the properties listed for sale.

Sellers can show their homes to buyers & agents without anyone leaving their own home.  We send you a link to click to open a virtual meeting on your smart phone or tablet and go through the property to show it. Again, we will guide you right through the process. This is surprisingly simple!

Virtual Open Houses

We set a date and time advertised to the public for your open house.  The open house is very much like the virtual showing, but multiple agents and buyers may tune in remotely to check out your property.
